I know for a lot of you, this decision didn’t come easy. Money’s tight. Time is tighter. Maybe your body isn’t what it used to be, or you’ve been burned before by programs that promised the world and delivered nothing.

I built this program knowing all of that. This isn’t a “get rich” scheme or a miracle cure — it’s real work, real skills, and a real shift in who you are by the end of it. Once you gain a new skill — much less the full set we’ll cover together — you’re a different person. Harder to break. Harder to fool. Harder to control. That’s what this program does, and it’s why I’ve kept this group small and intimate rather than turning it into a mass program.

Before you do anything else — thank yourself. For having the faith, for taking the action, and for deciding you’re worth reaching the potential you already know is in you — in your health, in your relationships, in your ability to protect the people who depend on you.

A few things I want you to know going in:

• This works regardless of age or physical condition. I’ve built this for men at every stage — whether you’re in fighting shape or working around an old injury, a bad knee, or a health condition. We adjust the work to fit you, not the other way around. Nobody gets left out of this because their body isn’t cooperating today.
• This isn’t just about you. Several of you told me your real “why” is your family — your kids, your spouse, the people you’re responsible for. That’s baked into this program from Week 1. You’re not just building a skill for yourself; you’re building a plan for the people you love.
• Your time matters, and I respect it. I know most of you are working full days, some of you well past a normal shift. This program is built to fit into a real life, not compete with it.
